Our Philosophy

At Clayhall Private Tutors we do not simply teach a student how to pass an exam, but equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to fully understand and enjoy the subject at hand. Students should be able to take what they learn during their school years and use it in the their future lives and careers.

Our aim is to help our students develop the skills they learn at school and to allow them to become genuinely engaged with their topic. If a student enjoys their work then they are far more likely to understand it and succeed in it. With this in mind, we use a number of methods to help students fully engage with the subject matter ranging from traditional exercises, to games to independent research projects.
